The Emenhiser's purchased the motel in 2001 and since then have done extensive remodeling -- new baths, carpet, paint, wallpaper, windows, doors, siding, heating and air-conditioning.
Each room has a microwave, refrigerator and a coffee pot. All the rooms are also very clean, as the owners do the cleaning.

Each room is equipped with a TV that has approximately 50 channels -- HBO, Cinamax and ESPN.

The grounds have a picnic area with a table, lawn chairs, fire pit and a gas grill.

The motel is located near fine restaurants, bars, convenience stores, a 27-hole golf course (1-2 miles), and some of the best pan fishing in the state on the near-by lakes.
