The Raymond House Port Sanilac

Built in 1872 by a prestigious town founder, the house was occupied continuously by the Raymond family for 112 years. Restoration began in 1983; the Inn was placed on the Michigan Register of Historical Sites in 1992. The Inn's original Victoriana is preserved; outside are the gingerbread facade, steep sloping roofs and white icicle trim. Inside are classic mouldings, framed ancestral photographs, brightly colored bedspreads and lace curtains.
